BOTH driver and passenger autolocks not working

I JUST bought a 2007 4Wd SR5. Beautiful car. 122K miles. Thought key fob battery was dead, replaced battery. Nope, front driver and passenger autolocks not working. Whether it’s key fob or inside lock control buttons, front and passenger have to be locked manually, either via key on outside or hand on inside. 3 back doors work with key fob and interior button controls. Car beeps when unlock button is engaged on key fob, nothing happens when lock button is engaged on key fob.

Suggestions???

How on earth were you able to get the door panel off with it trapped between the door and the frame of the car on the side and the bottom? I have the same problem.
