So a few days ago my passenger rear door would not unlock, I didn't really care but today My drivers side rear door would not unlock after I drove the car. It unlocked fine when I left the house but after being at work it would not unlock. I can not get the lock to unlock by pulling it up either.

Is this the same on all the doors? If it's just the driver's side that you can't pull up I agree that something is probably binding. If it's all of them something else is going on, possibly the switch stuck in the "Lock" position and holding them down electrically. If that's the case you want to resolve it because those solenoids probably aren't intended to be energized constantly.

it's just the back two doors, the front drivers and passenger doors work fine. I can not get the damn back doors to open, it's like the lock moves up half way then retracts to the lock position even if you pull up on it.

Pull the fuse that operates the power locks and see if they act normally after that. Then you can narrow it down to electrical or mechanical. I suspect it's an electrical issue though since it's both doors.
