Door Panel Clips

Hello,
I have a 2006 4Runner SR5. The drivers door exterior panel came off.
In the third picture,, I take it the gray piece is broken off the actual panel??
So other than getting new door panel clips, am I still going to have to "modify" or purchase a new door panel?
I hope I explained this properly.

That’s going to be a pita, a couple of your mounting points from the cladding broke off, I had to fix mine and used some jb weld to reinforce the weak points

I just moved coast to coast. My body guy is 3000 miles away. Talked to him and he said easier to replace the panel. The mounting points are broken off, gone.
I did find one ! Going to get it tomorrow.

I'd say you need to replace the panel.
The clips themselves are cheap. I used these & they worked well on my '04 sport 4runner.
