Looks great, DoubleHaul--like it's ready for the bush and some serious 4-wheeling. I am disappointed though to keep hearing about tires rubbing with only modding up to a 285/70/17. It's not like it's some huge tire upgrade. There should be more room in the fender wells. After all, what does Toyota think people are going to do with their 4Rs? Especially the Trail models? I'm thinking of just going up to 265/75/17s. Hopefully there won't be any rubbing and I should get about 1/2" more ground clearance.
I also learned from RCI that they will have skid plates in both aluminum and steel for the KDSS equipped models in the next couple of weeks. I plan to put a set of the aluminums on and also some MetalTech sliders. Although I've already been informed by the company that I won't get my sliders for about 12 weeks.
