Doug Demuro Reviews the New 4Runner.

After watching it I agree 100% with him on the interior. The center display in the gauges is ridiculously out dated, and upgraded to an LCD like all the other Toyota’s wouldn’t make it any more complicated. Same thing with the infotainment system. I don’t mind the size, but the internals are really out dated vs what my wife’s 16 rav4 and 14 camry have/had.

I didn't know the '18 TRDP came with the Fox shocks? I don't mind Doug but you'd think a car review would have accurate specs from the reviewer? It's a bit discrediting
 
So the owner of the TRD Pro lives in Philadelphia? What a f'n waste for that truck. They should be driving a Cooper Countryman.

Demuro has a major beak. Bigger than the buttons on the dash.

This type of thing happens more often than you think. There's about 300 mistakes in The Fast and the Furious. He obviously googled the specs of the TRD Pro and came across 2019 info. Everyone here knows that's not the case, but we're owners, he isn't. I had several friends watch this video who had no clue the information was wrong and they didn't care either when I pointed that out. I think it's more embarrassing that the owner of the TRD Pro vehicle didn't correct him.

At the end of the video (22:50) he said the owner traded a Bimmer for the TRDPro but traded the TRD Pro for a Golf R... :noidea:
 
He also claimed that Toyota charged for 50state emissions. But he was reading cost of cross bars. How do you miss that? And rips Toyota for being nuts?

Didn't mind him at all. He may be a dweeb but unlike most he doesn't seem to take himself so seriously. That said, he should be legally mandated to never ever use the word COOL again.
 
A lot of hatred for a person who makes fun videos about cars. It's pretty obvious that he has a crazy passion for cars and likes sharing his passion. The guy makes a living by driving the worlds coolest cars, whats not to like? A lot of you hating on his videos must not watch YouTube....there are a lot of car reviewers that are way worse than Doug. He always has fresh content and unique vehicles, one of the best car channels on the platform in my opinion. Immensely better than the "vlog" format that every other car channel is using now. Doug brought a completely new format to car reviews on YouTube and his channel grew rapidly. Give the guy a chance, maybe watch one of his videos that isn't about the vehicle you own...

Man y'all are some haters. If you knew nothing about the 4Runner this video would be highly informative even with some small inaccuracies. For all of Dougs strange quirks and features I've learned a lot of basic information about vehicles I otherwise would know nothing about. That's ultimately the point of what he does and he does it well IMO.

Don't confuse honesty with anger. Someone asked why the two shirts and a plausible answer was given. Also, I don't think the guy is a tool because he has b!tch tits. He's just a goofy dude and I just cant take him seriously.
