4. I hate to say this part, but please have at least $250 on hand and the number to several area dealers in case your A/F sensor galls up upon removal. If it's cross threaded at the factory, there is no saving it, period. I'm not the only one that this has happened to, and I'm sure not the last. PB Blast them and take your time removing them. Work it out back and forth with a closed end wrench. If it's stuck, then the worst has happend and blast it off impact style.

galls up as in strip? PB blast them as in drown it in WD-40 ?

(these are the back sensors made for 2008 for about 100$, mines a 08 and they dont have front sensors although they have front sensors for 07, im sure thatll work)

PB Blast, not WD-40, everything the night before and morning of. Will make things easier.

Your potential problem sensor will be a front one that's $175. The A/F sensors are the same for each pipe, the after cat sensors are a non issue. This is only a maybe that this will happen, was only trying to give you a heads up, not to go out and spend more unneccessarily. I'd almost suggest getting one at a dealer so you can return it if you don't need it, or see if they have one on hand ahead time.

toyota wants 22 per gasket and 1.88 per stud and nuts.

totals out 80 something.....i went to autozone and ordered a pair of header gaskets for 10$. i hope they arent crappy. i cant find nuts and studds anywhere else so ill be getting them at the dealer

Pretty much follow my writeup. There's not much to it other unbolting the old and putting in the new. Definitely replace all gaskets and now that all of these 4th Gens have some age on them plan on some of the fasteners as well.

Honestly the biggest thing that would've made this go much smoother and faster would have been an extra set of hands to help.

Just got done putting my DT Long Tubes on today. For the most part no problems. TheY fit and work great! Have a writeup with a few notes that I have on it to mention, and pictures to post as well. Will follow up later.

Body lift didn't affect anything. Engine mounted to the frame so nothing shifted. If anything, there's more space between the body and exhaust piping the whole way.
