Downloadable shop manual?

Yes I've searched. Until I'm blue in the face, mostly from 10-15 year old posts.

The question simply, is there a downloadable shop manual for an 08 4runner, SR5. Ideally factory, but otherwise too. At this point I've got nothing.

Not 2008 but these links are still working. I just downloaded a couple of these and they're legit. Most of the systems are the same across the years 2005 to 2009 with the biggest changes being VVti and CANbus ECU communication protocols. The 03' and 04' did not have VVTi and used an older ISO protocol. But most of the chassis, suspension, maintenance, etc, can be used across all 4th gens. It's a start...:shrug:
