I just replaced my drive belt pulleys and tensioner pulley today. I just thought I would share it to everybody. I bought the Gates kit to replace it since everything is in there already. I have an extra tensioner and drive belt that I've not used and will just keep it as an extra or backup.
Here's a photo of the old parts... anything that looks old in the picture is the old part. I've not used the tensioner since it will take more work to replace it so I thought of just replacing the tensioner pulley. here are the photos.
by the way, all I removed is the 4 nuts from the fan to have more room there to wrench and torque the pulleys. make sure to loosen those first before removing the belt.
