Driveline "clunk" fix?

Maybe those aren't traction bars, in a proper sense??

That's exactly what I was thinking. Tacomas have leaf springs in the rear, hence the traction bars to keep "axle wrap" to a minimum. I don't think that same principle applies to our 4Runners, since they have coils.
