driver side sits lower than passenger after lift

Hey guys just recently did a 5100 lift 2.5" in the front and 1" lift in the rear and everything seemed fine but after a few days of driving i noticed that the drivers side is sitting about 1/2" lower...measured and it was exactly half inch lower on the drivers side rear and about a 1/4" lower in the front.

any suggestions on what could be the cause...i guess the springs are pretty old so maybe its the springs? i dont like the look because its definitely noticeable when you look from behind the vehicle about 20 feet away.

I believe the driver side is often lower due to the location of the gas tank, among other things (weight of driver stresses springs more causing sag?). This is why the front coils may be different from each other, with the driver's side being taller/stiffer to compensate.

This is a known issue with the FJ Cruiser. It is such a large issue that OME even makes a 5 and 10 mm trim packer to level the front. All the ARB dealers sell it.

The oem driver side front spring is slightly different than oem passenger side front spring, any chance they got swapped?

In the rear is where most people notice it due to the added weight from the fuel. Driver side has the fuel, battery and other things that just don't help the lean.

A lot of people actually run the DS spacer on the driver side and not the passenger side in the rear to offset the lean with certain springs.

Those of us with coilovers just add a little more preload. OME users add a shim.

hmmm well that sucks...its only like 1/2" in the rear and the front is almost unnoticeable...and after all that work i dont feel like getting back under there lol.

sorry i know this is off topic but has anyone changed water pump and thermostat on a 2004 v6 sr5? thermostat is super easy but the water pump looks a little more involved but also not that hard...just wanna know about how long it takes?
