Driver side tire rubbing on turns after accident.

After a great day of powder skiing yesterday I loss control on some ice and ran into an icy snow bank. Now when I make right turns on bumps or uneven roads the driver side tire rubs. The damaged seem pretty superficial, but just enough to push the bumper in to make the fender rub on the tire. I’m running stock size tires 265/70/16.

My question is, is there a safe place to pull on the bumper underneath without breaking the plastic to stop it from rubbing?

I had the same thing happen to me. I dropped the fog light out, ran a tow strap with a hooked end through it and hooked it on the bottom lip of the metal bumper. The other end guy hooked on the tow point after I looked up around a tree. Slowly backed up till it came out and it’s all mint, till some knuckle dragger backer into the same corner
