Driver Window regulator

Has anyone ever done a window regulator on a 98 4Runner? I think mine went bad the window doesn't go up or down and you can hear the motor hum. When you try to roll it up it makes a loud pop and sounds like it is going to break the window. I have done regulators before. Is this one riveted or bolted and how bad is it to remove the motor and put it on the new regulator plus install.

Any tips or advice is appreciated!

whew i lucked out. the window has just become disconnected from the regulator. there was expoxy everywhere. gonna guess that's not the factory way it was mounted. so i cleaned it all up and expoxied the $hit out of it. so far so good, gonna keep my fingers crossed.
