Drivers Seatbelt Light

Hey, so ive had this issue for a while just never had a chance to start looking at fixes since its winter here.

When i have my seatbelt buckled the light is flashing that i dont have it on, but when my seatbelt is unbuckled the light goes off. Also when the seatbelt is off or vice versa there is never any beeping to let me know i dont have my seatbelt on.

I have an 03 and there is no beeping just a flashing light... as far as why it flashes while you have it on I do not know. I will check out if anyone has had similar problems on AllData later. I luckily have access to that lol
