Drivers side seat replacement?

I've got a 1998 Limited. The drivers side seat is in bad shape.

I don't know if its best to try and replace it or get it fixed.

I know this is a common problem with 4Runners.

Anyone have any suggestions? Other than a seat cover?

You could always search a local junk yard to see if you can get a deal on a better seat.
