Driving lights

Does anybody know how you can turn off the driving lights when your lights aren't on on the 3rd gen 4runner. Even when your lights are off a dimmer version of your headlights stay on ... I was wondering if anyone knows how to turn them off or if u can cut a wire of what not..

You can disable your Daytime Running Lights (DRL's). Do a search here and at Yotatech.com and I'm sure you will get the info you need.
