DRL Disable on 2021 4Runner is Different

I have 2021 TRD PRO. Both Headlight Revolution and HID Kit Pro are not able to provide solution to LED the DRLs. The LEDs will not work when both installed. Any model in 2021 with integrated LED low and high beam, will not tolerate an LED DRL bulb. With or without ballast, driver, anti flicker modules. Both companies are bringing into their test shops the aforementioned models to determine a fix.

I have 2021 TRD PRO. Any model with integrated LED low and high beam will not tolerate a LED DRL conversion. To be precise, if one LED is installed on either side and a stock 9005 halogen on the other, the LED will operate at full intensity and the other will not light or the bulb barely glow. Full intensity is not intended for DRL. Toyota uses PWM (pulse width modulaton) to reduce light output for the DRLs. They are not reducing voltage to reduce light intensity. When both LED DRL's are installed the ECM shuts off both lights. Put the stock 9005's back in, all works fine. Headlight Revolution and HID Kit Pro are working on solutions. They are obtaining the models in question to test and develop a solution.
