Dual Rear Exhausts and Backpressure

Ronnie, my muffler man, told me he couldnt fit a dual rear exhaust becuase of my spare tire. Ive seen tons a 4runners with them, and looking underneath, its seems that if he cut my pipe where it starts to go down, he could run one parallel to the cross member. Can I run a dual rear with 2.25" pipes without moving my tire? also, would i have to go down to 2" pipes with a dual rear for backpressure or would 2.25" pipes provide enough?

Alot run faux pipes on the driver's side;kinda tacky but you won't be adding the extra weight of another pipe and muffler killing any HP gain you might see.
Definetly just a looks and sound mod but they do look cool but I'd just crunch it off road so I'm happy with one.

Will my backpressure be okay with a dual? 2.25 pipes. He said he'd split the pipe about half way back into two spearate pipes.

BP won't be an issue as long as you don't go any bigger.
