[MENTION=68685]Ducmonsta[/MENTION], when are you going to be near Glacier NP? We'll be on a cross country trip ourselves between July 24 - August 9. We'll be driving from Austin, TX up to Montana. We haven't planned the trip entirely yet, but we plan on doing some offroading and hiking between here and there. We plan on ending in Reno, NV to visit family then drive back from there. No Utah this year unfortunately.

Erie, PA...my hometown. Check out Presque Isle...if you plan on fishing check out Walnut Creek. There's also Waldameer, a smaller amusement park which is like Cedar Point's red headed stepsister.

HOLY SHE-ITE, Pat! I just completed the NW Overland Rally last weekend and it would be AWESOME to do this one too! I'm doing it! Are you attending!?

It also looks like [MENTION=51030]joneseyyy[/MENTION] and his DirtTrip crew are going to be one of the vendors. Now I just have to figure out if I'll be a "vendor" as a TeardropsNW rep or if I'll go on my own as a spectator who happens to own a TeardropsNW trailer.

Last year there were rides on the property...that were a lot of fun.

[MENTION=51030]joneseyyy[/MENTION] and the www.dirtroadtrip crew did a local tour through some of the state game lands that was excellent.

I stayed at the trailer in my usual role and deep fried 25 lbs of wings, and a nice fellow from Brazil brought 40 lbs of of steak for us to cook on the grill. First time I ever I got shuushed at 1am...needless to say even our benevolent host had a hard time making it back to there accommodations the last night.....mission accomplished. Mark Farage put on a first Aid class...OEX was there, Mario from AT Trailers, and the ever entertaining Scott Brady. We had an excellent time.

Custer NP is well worth the side trip if you have any interest is western history. And don't forget the new wing of the Smithsonian Aviation museum at Dulles airport. Sorry you will not be far enough south for this gulf coaster to visit. Have an epic trip!

I will be representing Teardrop Trailers - Oregon Showroom | Tear Drops NW, Salem Oregon ? again at another Overland Rally! Can't wait!

Our Denver stop may be pretty quick. I'll be visiting some old friends have have no idea what we're going to end up doing. However, see below for Moab.

So far, Moab consists of Sand Flats Rec area on 8/31, do Arches (which is fairly short and quick) and then hit up Canyonlands and do the White Rim Trail 9/1-9/3 and then depart to Grand Teton from there. [MENTION=78318]RiDE[/MENTION] and I will be at Murphy B on 9/1 and Labyrinth A on 9/2. That would be spectacular to do White Rim with more T4R folks!

Moab is probably a no go given those dates and my wedding anniversary falling in there. I'll follow the thread and see if anything is possible as you pass nearby...
