The TRD one is nice, but the gains aren't that impressive. Don't think they make them for the newer 4runners either. However, URD does (or at least they are in the works). Here's a link:

Yeah you can supercharged the 1gr but you have to use the FJ fit kit and tune it with the APR X-1. I'm not sure why TRD didn't make it for use on the 4runner or I would have bought that when I bought my 4runner. I would go with URD for the supercharger but overall though I would have prefered a turbo instead. just more efficient. the problem here though is the factory transmission can't hold that much power without modding it though IPT.

Interesting. So not a good venture if trying to avoid added modifications... I mean, if I wanted to that is. eh..hehe Thanks for the links and info guys. I appreciate it.
One last question, on gas usage. One side said the supercharger is actually more efficient, while the turbo is a gas guzzler. I always thought both sucked down the juice. True or false? Or is that one of those...depending on how you have it tuned, vs engine, etc... things? Thanks again.

Tunning is everything be it N/A, turbo or supercharged. seeing as the supercharger runs of the engine I'd say it be more WASTEFUL on gas than a turbo but it comes again to good tunning and how much the fuel pump is on the open circuit.
