Durango-Silverton Area

Hey guys,

Planning a trip up to the Durango, Silverton, Telluride area for a week of fun and wheeling the week of July 4th. Anyone else going to be around there that might want to meet up for some wheeling. We have two 3rd gen T4R's and a Wrangler.

I'd like to, but I'm rolling dirty on Yokohama HT's w/ 40% tread I hear it is very nice there, maybe I'll break down and get some Treadwrights or something

I made plans to go in 2011 but wife got pregnant with our twins. Bought a Colorado trails book, mapped the trip out from Alabama, gathered a huge playlist together and was looking at camping gear when I got the news. Oh well, maybe one day. Hope you guys enjoy.

Damn that is rough but I'm sure it was just another great adventure instead!

As for the trip, my cousin lived in Durango for a few years so that led to some hook ups on rafting, biking, and other fun stuff. We are going to camp out of Ouray and visit the hot springs often, then hop over to Telluride for some fun as well. Another big part is hitting up all the brewery's to sample some Colorado beer!
