E Locker Problem

So I added an E Locker in the fall with factory wiring more or less. I used BFAD's Wiring diagram to wire it. Instead of wiring the light into the switch, I wired in a led. So the 4wd sensor/4lo sensor and the speed sensor wires are grounded. Since I installed it, the led will not go solid when it is locked. I replaced the lock sensor switch, and while it was out tried plugging it in and pressing it with my hand. Still no luck though. The light still flashes, but I noticed that It starts flashing faster when it is locked. I am sure it is locked. Has anybody else had this problem/solved this problem?

i haven't looked at the diagram in awhile, but why don't you wire it as ppl suggested and see if it works?

Plus, I learned that (first time i was testing after installation) sometimes you have to do 'S' turns to allow it to engage.

LED lights have less resistance in them. It might be a case of the ECU not recognizing the LED light properly. Maybe try putting a regular light in place of the LED and see how it works.

Are we talking light in the button/switch... The indicator light in the dash cluster? Or a separate LED you wired up ???

Yeah that was it. I feel dumb now. I really didn't think resistance would cause it not to work, but oh well, problem solved. Thanks yall.
