E-Locker replacement

My 97' Ltd V6's E-Locker is rusted to all hell and even looks like the casing around it cracked off. I guess the PO had something to do with that ! Anyway, does anyone know what it would cost to replace the e-locker on my truck ?
What options do I have, the less expensive option would be the best..
Thanks.

Are you talking about the elocker actuator motor or the rear differential housing? The housing are known to rust and leak. Mine did. The actuator motor is aluminum and doesn't rust. There is a protective cover on part of it that is metal and does rust. Does the Elocker work?

When the button is pushed the lamp flashes on the dash, When I bought the truck and had the local garage do some work on it they said the e-locker was toast. I have looked at it and the whole thing is very rusted. There is a gear wheel exposed that I think should be covered !
No, the rear diff cover was replaced last year, it's going to outlast the whole truck. Got that from Barnes 4wd in the US.

Iv'e been under the truck numerous times rustproofing etc.. but just assumed from the initial inspection the e-locker was not in working order. Is there anything I can do to check it's operation ? Should I hear it engage if I listen underneath or will anything move ?
I'll get a pic taken so you can see what I am looking at.

This is what I am looking at. It's wet with snow and road salt deposits on it too. You are not seeing any oil leaks !

Holy crap, your acutator cover cracked & fell off! That gear shouldn't be exposed!

Did you ever find a place that sells just the actuator?
