Yes, we can get them but I'm kind of iffy about those. They will add wind resistance(drop in gas mileage), noice and they shake a bit. If most everyone that wants them is ok with that I'll add them and start that buy as well.

I like the look of the hood rack, but since I already paid extra for a Trail model, I have to show off my fake hood scoop so the world can marvel.

SInce there is only one guy here with the rack he will honestly have to answer your question.

I see two rails and a tray. By tie down points are you referring to lack of round tube to tie rope or straps off of?

What is it your trying to haul on the roof?

I think you can answer those questions yourself. I see this as a low profile full length rack that is adjustable to suit a persons needs. Sure, it's not a solid expanded metal rack but it isn't designed to haul like that either. Mounts can be added by drilling holes where you need as well as adding in eyelets for tie down points from what I can see in the pictures. Maybe there is enough of a lip to slide under some ratchet straps, who knows.

I know I will be able to put my tools up there with some quick fists and my chain saw/fuel and some other light gear I don't want inside. I'm not going on month long safaris so a full mesh rack for me, is overkill.

I see this as a better setup than factory rails and strong as well. Add one more tray and you get more real estate if that is what your after. I don't think this is a direct competitor to Gobi or Baja racks, but an option for those who don't need so much rack and some modular ability. I see the prinsu as a similar competitor myself. You will honest not know until some is us get the racks and get real experience with them.

Does anyone know the total height difference of this rack vs. the stock OEM rack relative to the roof top? I have a garage with a clearance issue where the OEM rack clears by about half inch.

Also, does anyone know if a front over-windshield LED light bar like the Rigid SR 40" combo will somehow attach to this rack?

Anyone know how to add accessories like shovels, hi-lifts, tie-downs for cargo boxes, etc? Would love to see some load outs.

Most of your questions have been addressed. The height was stated to be the same as the OEM rails. No idea about the light bar. They are working on accessories for shovels, hi-lifts etc. [MENTION=109477]Rorck[/MENTION] can give you better details as they come I'm sure.

A little update on the tent. It's a little hard to mount the hard shell I got because it takes up the whole rack. I've been trying to be really creative and so far it's paying off. I love the low profile!!!!
