Ecotechne roof rack GROUP BUY!!!

I'm in the 6th batch group buy and wondering what size light bar people are running.

I confirmed one person is running a 30" led light bar, but will it fit 40"?

I'm trying to do the light bar and roof rack install all at once when I receive it.

a 41" fits perfectly inbetween the OEM bars, so I imagine if you get the right kind that mounts behind the bar instead of on the side, a 40" would fit perfect.

So I was thinking about buying some wired grating/mesh to lay on top of the cross bars and cover the majority of the rack... Think that it'll support someone standing? I feel like it would be pretty solid, and worse can maybe buy an extra crossbar if necessary. Anyone try this at all?

As someone with a previous mesh floored roof rack.. i would say i would avoid it. its a pain if not impossible to clean the roof where its covered.

an additional tray or crossbar should handle whatever you want draped on the mesh flooring.

Does anyone know how the lights mount to the rack? Also, does anyone know if and side lights can be mounted to the slide and rear? I'm looking around and I can't find out if the lights in the pictures I'm seeing were custom mounted or if they had a bracket on the rack itself.

I'm probably in for one though!
