[MENTION=109477]Rorck[/MENTION] or anyone, could you please post the very latest version of this rack. I love the looks, but I'm a little on the fence given how long the delivery time seems to be. but thats the case for any rack you get.

For what it's worth...
I received my Eezi-Awn K9 rack with no wait, just the amount of time it took to ship from Utah to Virginia. It's a completely different look, but much more functional for me. And aluminum, so no rust.
But one of the larger benefits was an incredibly responsive company. A phone number to call that is usually answered, and if not the call is returned in a short amount of time.

The damn shipment hasn't updated at all, scheduled delivery was for today - Now there is an update to the shipment showing a scan in.. Venezuela. It literally hasn't moved in 2 weeks.

Same. Ordered a ladder Feb 6th with EST delivery on Jan 19th.

There are updates but it apparently hit a "Clearance Delay"... It was also President's Day so Idk...

I did receive updates from customer service at Ecotechne saying this is a normal Customs Check WITHOUT me having to reach out to them which was really nice.

Make sure the address matches yours. They listed my city on 3 seperate lines in the shipping address which could've thrown it off. Messaged Customer Service and got it figured out. They said they'll update the system. I expected it to take 30 days plus so I wouldn't get my hopes up lol.

I'll keep you updated.

My address is correct - they also reached out to me. DHL says it's stuck in customs. They don't celebrate President's Day in Venezuela tho.. It's because the country is falling apart and there is probably only 1 customs guy left in the whole country.

Gotcha. Haha i know they don't celebrate President's day in Venezuela.. more like logistics coordination to bring it to the US... Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and stay optimistic and say 2 guys. Helps me sleep at night.

Any chance your ladder moved to another city today? My rack move to a completely different city, DHL still says it's undergoing customs review..

It's out of Venezuela so that's calming at the least. I'm guessing another 2 weeks to be on the safe side.

noticed a big patch of rust coming through the powdercoat. installed mine 4/9/2017.

Guess i was hoping for this to last longer. Time to install my prinsu rack

Mine finally arrived but now I'm out of the country. I will have a chance to look and install it when I return next week.

My tray got banged around quite a bit - some of the slots meant for anchor points are bent in really well. There was a lot of damage to the powder coat as well, probably due to DHL unpacking and repacking..

The only worry I have is that the tray mounting points aren't going to last because the extremely thin outer edges have experiences some pretty severe metal fatigue at this point. [MENTION=109477]Rorck[/MENTION] Is it possible to swap my tray out for one that's not damaged?

Got to go out exploring a bit today after getting everything mounted. Rack looks great and is very stable. My wife doesn't like the wind noise but it doesn't bother me. Fuel economy is better than we had with stock roof rack and a basket on top.

Got Mine and Installed

Just posting to say i received and installed my rack last week. I checked all the parts carefully and couldn't find any issues or problems. I was alone so it took around 3 hours but I was taking my time and being extra careful.

Love the results. I like this low profile rack and the way it flows with the body.

Figured out how to install the ladder! It was fairly simple but would have been a lot easier with a second set of hands. All in all I like it looks good. IMO the Baja rack is a little to small or petite. I like the beefiness of this one.

How’s the view looking out the back window ? Can you post a pic from that angle ?
