Ecu resets randomly

So i get the P0420 for the cat converter it's usually on. I noticed a few days ago the light went out. Checked for codes.. No codes.. No historic faults etc.. Also noticed the evap and catalyst systems not complete. So it's losing its memory occasionally.

It starts just fine. Should i clean the terminals or is there something else i should check?? Is there an ecu ground i should clean?

Try checking your ecu fuse contacts under the hood first. Change it out if the metal blade part of the fuse if it's looking crusty.
