EGR Manifold Tube

OK . . . I know that most threads about the EGR are about deleting it, but I'm actually trying to put it back together. When I removed the old EGR valve to test it, I broke the cast iron at both ends. Hasn't anyone ever heard of anti-seize? Anyway, I was able to restore one side by painstakingly chiseling out the cast iron, but the other side is impossible to fix without destroying the female threads. I have looked everywhere online but can't seem to find a replacement tube (exhaust manifold to EGR valve). I don't want to grab one from a junk yard because I'm sure I will break the cast iron again. Does anyone know where I can find a new one? Engine is a 3VZE in a 1992 4Runner.

They should already have the tube disassembled for you, so you won't need to worry about getting it disconnected without damage!

Thanks for the feedback. After seeing that the website wanted more than $100 for a steel tube, I decided to MacGyver it. I cut the tube, so I was able to strip off the compression ring. Then I painstakingly chiseled out the cast iron bits from the nut. Finally, I took a torch to the tube to soften it a bit and bent the tube at a wider radius, so it would still reach the new EGR valve. Fits perfectly, and I can sleep at night knowing that I didn't waste money on an overpriced part.
