Electric Antenna?

I think im experencing the same thing..the motor sound like it is still working but the mask is broken....how do I replace it and get the broken parts out?

That doesn't really help me out....can anyone know of a diy or step ny step process they can help me out...the motor still work it when I turn the car on/off it makes a really bad grinding noise..I really don't wanna take this to a dealership

I know it's for a 2nd gen, but the setup is the same as the 3rd gens.
