Hi... i have a 2000 4runner v6..

i've been meaning to take it in to get it serviced but before i do so... just a quick question for you guys, maybe someone can help

lately, it hasnt been starting well... it would just click when i turn the key and maybe after like the 3-5th time, it'll catch... (ive also tried pumping the accelerator, which seems to help?)

i had my batteries replaced recently so i dont think thats it... but i was wondering if spark plugs could be the culprit (i havent replaced them in a while)? im just wondering what some of your educated guesses might be before i take it in (i always feel like those guys are lying to me)

thanks a lot!

hey... thanks for the help... but im not sure if i feel comfortable trying to fix that thing by myself... im not much of a mechanic

if i take it in, can i just get the starter contacts replaced (without them telling me to replace the whole starter or whatever) and if so... how much would it cost?

thanks for all the help!

oh and one more thing... my car got broken into about 6 months back.. passenger window shattered... i got the window fixed but totally forgot about the power(auto) function... now, it'll go up if i hold the power window up but if i push it further up into auto mode... it'll go all the way up and then come back down about 1/2 way... just shooting in the dark but anyone know how much it'll probably cost to get this fixed as well? THANKS!
