I have a 2001 4Runner w/ some type of electrical problem, when driving whether I tap the gas or brake pedal, the lights inside and out blink, it doesn't always happen, and it doesn't shut off the engine, but it's annoying b/c it turns my radio on/off. My radio and 4 speakers are aftermarket, and I've checked all accessible wires, connections, and fuses everything seems to be in working order. Any ideas would be appreciated.
