I have a major problem that I hope someone on here can help with. I bought all new Lastfit LED bulbs for my 2014 Toyota 4 runner. I got the low, high, both fog lights, drivers marker installed. Up to this point everything worked perfectly. I put the passenger marker light in and it didn’t work. I switched it around and still didn’t work. I wiggled it in the housing while light were on and it blinked on and went out. But now my fog lights, tail lights or driver side marker lights do not work. My high and low beam work, my signals work but no lights in my tail lights or fog lights or marker lights. Please some one help. I checked the 15amp fuse and not blown. What could this be???

I would first start checking fuses for the various lighting circuits you put LED's in, that now don't work. In fact checking all the fuses isn't a bad idea. I'm assuming they all worked before the LED swap. I would disconnect the battery before doing any more work or troubleshooting. Previous threads involving LED issues (and or doing any kind of electrical work) have proven that changing bulbs, without disconnecting the battery, can result in damage that is quite expensive to fix. It's possible you could have some bad LED's - but I'm betting there are some blown fuses. Te fuse positions and amp rating is in the owners manual and on the inside of the fuse block covers.

There have been a threads in the past where bulbs were changed (or other electrical type work done) without disconnecting the battery resulting in a short circuit that damaged a computer that controls some of the circuitry involved. Apparently 4Runners have several computers that control things and they can be easily damaged - lighting circuits included.
There are also threads involving tail/stop light issues. They either failed on their own or after bulb changes or other work. The usual cause here was poor crimps to the wires in the sockets.
Changing headlights to brighter aftermarket ones (there are a number of vendors out there) has also caused issues for some. From poor quality units to install problems (fitment and issues with moisture) to failures.
If you can't find any blown fuses (I'd use a meter to check - other than just looking at the fuse) then I'd start doing voltage checks. If you're not fairly experienced doing electrical troubleshooting - then I'd defer to someone who is; along with having correct (for your year and model vehicle) wiring diagrams.

Rear window Electrical problem
Hi all, new to the threads here! I just bought a brand new 22 OFP and the back window rolls down from the outside when you push the arrow down, but it will not go back up when I push the arrow up. Do I need to change a setting or something? Any answers will help. Thanks
