Are you going to put some mesh on your grille?
Eventually maybe. I kinda like it without....

Great build thread! I loved the plasti dip wheels, damn local tire shops!

is it not dangerous without the mesh? like shit flying in there and messing stuff up?
Ordered replacement idler pulleys from rockauto after destroying them in NJ. It will be nice to get rid of the constant bearing whining and belt slippage
right there with ya buddy just replaced my tensioner pulley Sunday from massive debris build up. also replace the idler pulley a month or so ago there were three needle bearings left in that one the wd40 just quit working haha.
btw you going to send me that gauge paint anytime soon lol
you can relieve some work done on that water pump pulley if you convert over to an electric fan setup. If you go that route though after experience with many single fan factory shroud setups I highly recommend a dual fan custom shroud setup. however when running without the clutch fan I saw significant performance gains.
if you can obtain the dimensions of the other pulleys you can A.) have a machine shop mill them for you. B.) correlate those dimensions on www.gates.com pulley catalogues speaking with one of there engineer associates is beneficial. but they have various material pulleys you can perhaps find what your looking for.
I noticed in top pic it looks like you still have a little front nose up ? When I put mine daystars on seem to have the ol rake again , has your's settled or is just the way the photo is ? Or maybe need to spin my coils the right way ?
