Emergency! Po133 code

I have the following code PO133 o2 circuit slow response bank 1 sensor 1. What caused it and how do I fix it? Also, I need a link to where I can purchase the replacement item if it's broken. Thank you.

Almost always the sensor for that code, and aftermarket parts just don't seem to work for long.

So I cleared the code and it came back on after about 25 miles. I bought an O2 sensor and cleared the code again and I've driven over 80 miles and the code hasn't come back on so I returned the 02 sensor. I wonder if it turned on because I overfilled the gas tank last time (when it shut off I squeezed about another gallon in there).
