Engine block leak?

Noticed that on the left bank where the front of the engine attaches to the block, there was a really dirt area around the seal. I cleaned it up and checked it about a month later and it was dirty again with what looks like a very tiny bit of oil.
Anyone else see this, is this something to be concerned with? I attached a few rough pics to paint a better picture of the issue. Thanks .

Is that the timing chain cover leak that i heard of on some 4th gen 4runners?

I think you're right. Did some research on it and it is close to what other people were describing...it's not a significant amount of oil coming out to reduce the amount of oil in the engine, hope it stays like that. I'll just keep and eye on it I guess since it's well out I warranty .
