ok guys pulled this code po125 it has plenty of coolant and is getting heat the third is engine coolant temperature sensor defective can someone tell me where its located ?

99 runner limited 3.4 
now the guys at the toyota shed told me that the problem was the front o2 sensor on that code the other parts are rare to fail so i got the front o2 sensor

hey i have a 95 4runner 3.0 and i cant find the coolant temperature sensor... it had thrown a code DTC 22 and it was the ect circuit, i called my local toyota dealership and talked to the service guy and he said coolant temp sensor so i bought one along with a water pump because mine went out. so my question is where is the temp sensor? i have taken the upper timing cover off because i saw a thing online saying its next to the thermostat housing and i saw no wires or anything in there. please help.
