Engine Help

I just replaced the head gaskets on the '94 3VZE 4wd. I fired it up and it runs very rough. Its got a very high idle, and a miss that is apparent through the entire RPM range. It takes a while for it fire, turning over more times than it should, and there is no check engine light on. Any suggestions?

Timing belt could be off a bit, distrib could be off a tooth or 2, vacuum leaks, sensors not connected ...
