Engine knock,rattle, not idling...

So I have a 2006 sport V-8... I left it sitting for a week while I was out of town. The last time I drove it everything was fine. Then when I got back from a trip and cranked it up, the engine started knocking and rattling to the point where it was shaking the whole car. It isn't idling without giving it gas to keep it up around 2000 RPMs. Has anyone ever had this problem? It's just so strange to me that it happened after sitting for a week and not while I was driving. Thanks in advance for any help.

Also, all has been changed regularly. Only 140,000 miles. Never had any other problems. Also if anyone is around Birmingham Alabama, recommendations on shots would be a plus.

did you check if you had oil?
if you do, maybe the oil pump took decided to not work anymore?

Definitely have oil... Not sure on the pump though. About to plug it up to a computer...

It showed p0300 and p0306 codes. I tried to swap coil and spark plug in cylinder 6 but still didn't help. Would it be worth changing injector? I'll try to get a video of me cranking it later.

You didn’t say where it was setting for a week, inside, outside, a barn?
Check for rodent droppings which would mean you need to look for chewed wires.

Haha, it was in my driveway in Birmingham, AL... Did have a hard rain but nothing crazy. About to bite the bullet and have it towed to a shop. I will update with what they say.
