engine miss

my '93 4runner 3.0L has an engine miss at about 2000 rpm. I have done all the spark plugs, wires and distrubuter cap. The timing has been adjusted. I have changed the fuel filter and O2 sensor.

Any suggestions?

Have the headgaskets been replaced? The 3.0L are known for having issues. Are you consuming any anti-freeze? Milky white/brown stuff on the oil dipstick?

Check your injectors. Was the fuel in the old filter dirty, or did it seam plugged? Also did you change your rotor? You mentioned everything else except that...

i dont know if the headgaskets have been done. antifreeze is fine. nothing on the oil dipstick but its due for an oil change so ill check that. yes i did the rotor too

not sure but i would check the tps (throttle position sensor) if it has a dead spot or a glitch ur injectors will stop firing for a brief moment
