Yes i did. In fact, it is still on there since it did not cure the miss,,i did not want to take the time to change back until the injectors were here,,,then do it all at once. It was nice having that laying on the shelf.
if you had a scan tool that can show fuel trims that would help. high fuel trims may mean a dirty injector or other issues like a vac leak low fuel pressures etc.. depends on how far off the fuel trim is to throw a code but you will feel that the engine is idling rough.
sometimes if the coils are weak , internal arcing this can do it as well. 10 yrs on a high mile vehicle or even low miles time does effect the electrical components.
iridium plugs do last many miles some do go 200K on them .
