Engine noise??

When I first start up on cold morning a get a slight ticking noise for about 5-10 seconds then it goes away it does not do it for the rest of the day...I have a v-8 with 2,500 miles on it... is this normal???

It still has the original oil....

On the V8

It seems while these motors are well built they are very noisy.

Don't worry about it.
