Im getting a consistent engine squeaking from my V8. My mechanic said it was rust somewhere on my pulleys which he was able to clean up and get it to stop. It has started back again now though. Terrible chirp that hits the same point each revolution. Wondering if spraying something on the pulleys might stop the noise and keep it from rusting further?
