Engine swap

I have the 3.0 in my 4runner and I want to swap to a 3.4. Anyone know of a place thats trustworthy that wont break the bank that I can get the engine from? I did find a place that does nothing but toyota swaps that would do the whole thing for 4000, is it worth it?

Start by checking the 4 Sale sections of Toyota sites like this.
Also local 4x4 club sites. People are always parting out trucks for one reason or another.
Then there's always the local salvage yard.
