Engine swaps in place of the 3.0L ?

Just wondered how hard it would be to swap in a 3.4 L in place of the 3.0L ? Would it be easier to put the 3.4 L block in and put 3.0L heads on it? Would they bolt up? Looking for a little more power and wondered if this is a feasible thing to do? I know my way around engines pretty good so a little fabbing doesn't scare me.:snacker:

3.4 swap is probably the easiest swap you will find. very common too.
