Hey all, got a quick question....
I have the V8, 52k miles, 2005 SR5. I've noticed around 50mph and below, a vibration in the steering wheel, and in the gas peddle. If I take my foot off the gas, and let the car coast, it goes away, but when I put my foot back on the gas, the vibration is back. I also have a low rumble exhaust noise too. It sounds normal, like what you would hear on a Chevy with pipes, but not nearly as bad. But the vibration, just doesn't seem right to me because it's a Toyota. I'm still new to the truck, and haven't had a chance to drive another one for comparison purposes yet. I'm curious, does anyone else with the V8 have this too? I'm wondering if a bad motor mount or tranny mount might be causing it, but hard to believe with 52k highway miles, they would start to go? Not on a Toyota?
Thanks all!
