Entune automatically shuffles when connected

Having some troubles with Entune. I can play music no problem, but if I connect my iPhone via bluetooth without already having a song queued up in Spotify, it'll automatically start shuffling through all my tracks in apple music without stopping until it finds (and starts playing) the same one or two songs, every time.

Anybody else experience this?

I’m having the same problem. I don’t have any iTunes songs I listen to though so I’m just going to delete them from my phone via pc so I have zero songs on iTunes.

Just picked up my ‘19 Limited Las week and noticed this day one. I also use Spotify. I found that if I have been listening to Spotify then leave the vehicle as long as I don’t close the app on the phone it will automatically resume when I get back in the vehicle for the next trip. Seems like the head unit gets confused with what you want to do with BT when that’s the selected source.
