I've read up on entunes issues but have yet to find anything specific on this exact issue, and have isolated it, was hoping to see if anyone else had advice on this issue.
Recently purchased a 2017 SR5 and noticed that after setting up my Iphone 8 IOS 12, and adding four favorite contacts to my entunes audio display, my system will malfunction in one of two ways: 1.) Crash/Reboot as soon as I try to make a call over bluetooth. 2.) Show connected as soon as I power on my SR5 both on my phone, however it will only play music/calls through my phone speaker (for example, will show my current song playing on spotify on my entunes display but only sound coming from phone).
So far I have removed the device from the SR5, forgot the device on my phone, hard re-set entunes audio by holding the know down and then paired per numerous videos on youtube (Set up phone on entunes, connect via iphone, select "i" on phone and allow notifications) Everything will work great up until I re-add 4 contacts on the main screen.
Is there any other solutions to this issue that I am overlooking?
