This is a typical winter "inversion" day where I live. Most of that pollution is from vehicle tail pipes. You can understand why I'm not a fan of emissions cheating. Also why I'm probably leaving Utah.

Fortunately i find myself in a state with no "inspections". Can't wait to cut out 2 of the four cats.

Well, DC is full of whack-a-doodles, so yes, probably.

On a more serious note, Sovereign Citizens don't believe that the state has authority over them, so representation is immaterial.

As long as you don't use the roads or other public property - you can basically do whatever you want to your car.

*private property is slight misnomer, it all belongs to the State, or the Feds, and was purchased from France, Spain, or Russia or stolen outright from the Native Americans. The idea that anyone who lives within the US border can be free from US law is stupid, and shows a lack of connection between brain synapses.

I had to smog a brand new Porsche when I moved into CA for reasons unknown, probably Gavin looking for more money to steal to build a train to nowhere.

Haha! Yeah. But you’re giving Gavin too much credit. I’ve been in CA since 1980, had to smog my out of state car then. All it takes is money for someone to just read your OBDII port, it used to be a treadmill test.

Probably because they can't treadmill half the AWD cars out there today without damaging them or launching them through a wall.
