erratic idle issue

Previously, The idle on my 3vz was running erraticlly. After removing the throttle, the problem found was the water inlet running from the radiator through the idle control, blocked with dirt, causing the sensor unable to adjust the idle. After cleaning up the system, things went smoothly for a day.Then the same problem occurred again. Is it still dirt from the radiator, or could it be the sensor???

Prob the sensor, or a sand dune rebuilt in your tube... which isn't impossible being in egypt. If you're talking about the tps, it is able to be 'checked' to be within parameters using multimeter, check the stickies at top of the forum

my guess would be with sensor being full of dirt once its probably is no good anymore but your coolant shouldn't have dirt in it in the first place

Ok Thx guys. Will take it apart once more. Let you know later. Its just that I got used to my engine running smoothly for 320,000km.:biggrin2:
