Find someone with a TechStream or compatible ScanTool (not sure on the aftermarket) to force the vehicle to go through a EVAP test. The newer Toyotas have a great self-diagnostic test that actually are able to do most of all the EVAP tests for you and helps narrow down possible diagnostic points.
