Hello all:
I posted in the port thread but it got lost in the overwhelming amount of posts in there.
I am going on vacation on Monday and was hoping to have my 4Runner for the trip. After waiting 545 days for a new Bronco not to be built; I have to say I am anxious to get my hands on this beauty!
I have tried my dealer and the inventory manager for the dealership isn't very helpful. He said that Toyota was having issues with their system and he was having trouble tracking vehicles. After bugging him I was able to get an arrival date for the port but he says he has no way to track it.
I don't have the vin so I can't track on the app.
I have looked for a chat option with Toyota and can't find anything. Is there any way I can give them the date, build and dealership and get some type of idea of what is going on?
I ordered on 4/18/22
I was told it was build and on a ship on 4/26/22
It arrived at the NY Port on 5/25/22 and that is the last that I have heard about it.
It is 22 days since it landed on US soil. The only things that I think would be installed at the Port are the black overlay kit and all weather mats.
Any guesses on how long it will take to ship out? Any way to figure out where it is?
